Visitors to our stand at DIMDEX 2022 in Doha earlier this month were wowed by our two full scale replicas, with many taking the opportunity for selfies with the aircraft!

The production quality and finish of the replicas was all the more impressive when considering they took just three months to produce from start to finish; and that they were produced using very similar techniques to that of the eventual production aircraft.

This underlines the agility inherent in the AERALIS approach – exploiting digital design, model-based engineering and integrated composite manufacturing processes to rapidly iterate, test and produce – and will continue to deliver myriad benefits into final production and fleet support thereafter.
