Our work experience programmes are generally two weeks, including one live business challenge and one innovation project.

AERALIS want to inspire the next generation of aircraft designers, engineers and pilots into aerospace. If you are an Air Cadet we would like you to be a part of our exciting journey by getting involved in our design and development as we move forward.

We have already launched Mission001 to name our first flight test vehicle and AERALIS Phoenix, named by the winning cadet from Devon, is now well into its design phase. We are currently working on Mission002 which will be launched Autumn 2024 and we would like to encourage as many Cadets to take part as possible. More details will be coming soon.

Joining AERALIS on our paid internship programmes offers more than just experience from the side-lines, you will be immersed in some of the biggest engineering challenges and empowered to develop solutions. This could include a focus on innovative manufacturing, aircraft software development or artificial intelligence. We will support your professional development, providing mentorship, training, and a collaborative environment where your ideas make an immediate impact.

Internships can be tailored to your requirements but generally must be a minimum of two months.

As you transition into civilian employment, a Civilian Work Attachment placement can offer a unique opportunity to gain a first-hand look into the day-to-day operations of a dynamic organization, providing exposure to diverse roles and responsibilities. Alongside your role, you will receive mentorship and support to ensure you leave with a strong understanding of the inner workings of a dynamic aerospace organisation.
